Console Programming
My senior year of college I took a course in Console Programming that emphasized becoming familiar with the ETC program. This course allowed me to gain perspective on what goes into programming a show, while also teaching me the basics of light programming.
DIY Personal Lightboard
The first project of this class was to create a personalized light board that we could have in careers. Starting with a basic Cherry Keyboard, I added key caps that mimic most ETC light boards. After programming the board to be compatible to the ETC program, I am now able to program on any computer that has the ETC program and connect to any dimmer, if needed, using an ETC puck.

ETC Program
While learning the ETC program, we went through and followed the EOS Family Workbooks from Level 1 through 3. From Channel Hookups to Augment3d, we learned how to not only program neatly, but efficiently. To test our skills, we followed along with the Ken Billington files provided by ETC.
